Engine is in.
Exhaust is made - looks not too terrible actually. Now own shares in flap disc company...
Have handy engine wiring diagram from Minitici to hand.
Still trying to source an appropriate bike fuel pump to suit the carbs.
So, was thinking of rigging up a fuel supply above the engine and trying for a start with gravity doing its worst for the fuel supply.
What do we think ?
Go for it ?
Why not!!! It'll run off the float tanks for a while.. Worst case scenario is it just won't work properly. Just don't rag it when
it's running as when the float tanks run out it'll run lean and running cold and lean at high RPMs might not be appreciated by your engine

You should be ok with a gravity feed as a temporary job.
If its the first start do it outside and have a mate with an extinguisher watching as well.
Good luck.
Steve.

To be honest, I have eyed up a handy joist above the engine bay for that very pupose.
Do it, with a camera to hand if it fires
I started my engine before I even started the chassis - go for it!
Tomorrow now I think.
Too cold out there and our little cul de sac is nice and quiet at this time of evening.
