My oil level light switch doesn't have any wires coming from it, ie they have been cut at the switch, i'm happy not to have one as on the last car it would randomly just come on anyway
so i thought it would be a case of earthing out the wire from the clocks but that doesn't seem to work, i keep getting the 10 blinks then the pause then the 10 again, so does it need a resistor?
i thought it was just a basic switch with the oil making the connection.
