Hi,have many people tried to install a zx14 engine in an stm? If so is it a very complicated procedure as am un familiar with the zx14 motor!I hear
the wiring is a nightmare, but what about the rest.
Does the engine go in ok, is it a lot taller than my zx9r. will i need to make alterations to side of vehicle to get exhaust to fit? Is there anywhere
i can find more info on the subject, thanks!

I did not have any problems wiring a ZX14 into a Radical
(even without the original clocks).
Whats it like compared with previous engines you have had? I hear they are a very good, powerful, and torquey engine
Certainly has a lot more low down grunt compared with the Powertec ZZR1100 it replaced.
At the Doune Hillclimb the car was lent to a fellow competitor for one run and he managed a 47 second run. The driver said that the motor felt every
bit as quick as his own 1500cc Busa powered Radical (although he did complain about the suspension set-up!). The ZX14 certainly makes the Radical
shift - the usual driver was seeing 143mph (from data logger) on the quickest part of the East Fortune race circuit
puts my 115 mph to shame then.Think i will need a new diff too so it will end up costing big bucks by the time im done
