Hi, just wanted to double check some opinions on this. Think i may have a non working ecu. If i swapped mine into a working car/bikes wiring could this cause any potential problems as i dont want to damage the car/bike i put mine into. Reason im thinking ecu is ive checked all the continuity on the wires and all seem good and im sure i have overridden items like clutch switch, side stand etc and leaves me with ecu and starter relay, if not it atleast rules them out for some more back checking and a re think.

We did that recently with Rotax78's ECU when his R1 wouldn't run.

Try your ECU on another car first as it won't blow anything and if that doesn't run then try thier ECU on yours and it should run.

Cheers adrian, although now i no longer think that is our problem as after persisting with our botched loom we have the problem in the above post.
