I have measured up my carbed R1 (4XV) for coolant hoses, this is what I get:


Oil cooler: 11mm
Water pump: 22mm
Thermostat (towards radiator): 23mm


Could anybody confirm these or tell me any different? Before I go and get me some shiny blue silicone

i made it 25mm for the water pump and thermostat. the thermostat breathers about 6mm internal dia. the oil coolers about 1/4 inch.

mines a 2000 r1
