Please recommend me a decent silencer for my car, ive currently got an aftermarket one and it comes in at 101db with a baffle.

i would like something that can give me a decent noise level (so i can get on tracks) without being too restrictive.

Probably an OEM?

£180 for a custom made can for my zx9. At 6500rpm static test at castle combe it was only 91DB!!!! Not had any problems anywhere except at Doni on drive by where i was constantly hitting 99.7DB, but that was induction.

I'd just go to the skip at Kwik-fit etc at night and pull out a large round center silencer (most are straight through). You'll be amazed at the condition exhausts are in that get chucked away, why pay when you can get it for free?

i got mine for CBS, the 6" diameter one, passed sva at 95 db's
