Use the smallest you can get. 0.625" is the smallest I could find.

I have a 0.625 on my ZZR. It's too big to be honest, but I couldn't find a smaller one that would easily fit, had an integral fluid reservoir and would be reliable.

I have changed the pedal ratio and even now the clutch action is a bit more on / off than it was before.

I used to use a bike brake lever connected to the pedal by a cable, but the cables kept snapping.

Bike rear brake master cylinders are 1/2inch bore, and around the same stroke.

They also come with remote reservoirs, but you need a bracket to mount them.

Seem to work and fairly popular.

I have an AP 14mm M/S and although its the best I could find at the time I have now bought a 11mm Brembo one that requires a remote bottle but can't be arsed to fit it at the moment. I think it's the same as Westfield use on the Busa install.
