Hi, just got my recently purchased locoblade through its MOT, (the last one was 4 years earlier), anyone know of a decent engine tuner in the lincs area ( im between lincoln and grimsby) as i think the carbs need balancing.

And im not mechanically minded !

you could try RASP in grimsby. they are a decent tuner that work on all kinds of cars, including their own rally cars

forgot to add.. where in Lincs are you? somewhere between grimsby, and lincold would put you in the Brigg / scunny area?

Aaah i go through there when i goto willingham woods on the MTB's

There is always Dennis Vesseys in Barnetby..

i'll give RASP a ring tomorrow, could work out well as im working in Grimsby !

nah they are just a shop.

if you want to speak to a bike tuner there is Chris Gunster in grimsby too. they are on the same industrial estate as RASP. they are a registered power commander Centre. i went there to ask them about setting up my engine. problem is they only have a rolling road for bikes

try PRP in waddington just outside lincoln

they are brilliant with any engine with a carb, ask for Paul he does a fair few kit cars and all the grass track boys go there, he also nows his way around bike carbs.

Dennis Vessey does have a rolling road, but i would only use him if you have plenty of money, he aint cheap.
