Question for the ZX12R owners
rf900rush - 13/4/09 at 08:24 PM

Just took my ZX12r Rush out for it's first run.

Pulling away is just crap. It kangaroos and at idle sounds rough.
Under power once it going a bit seems fine.

Wideband sensor gives mostly sensible reading.

No powercommder yet.

Has anyoine had this sort of running pre PCIII fitted.

Martin

oh yeah then there was the sinclair c5.

actually i think i saw 2 of those today at detling, 3 wheeled weird things and i dont mean the proper bike looking ones..

sorry haven't got that far yet

oops didnt see you edited your post.

Anyway mine was like this on the standard PC3 map (so just like running without it connected), which was way rich.

it was almost impossible to keep it at a constant speed, but flooring it seems to be ok ish.

I would check your wideband again, maybe its not reading right or is after a slight leak in the exhaust?

I also added a second spring on the throttle to make it more controlable.
