Got mine from a guy in East Yorkshire SMBS Bike engines 01430432264

PDM racing sell new ones and are based in East Sussex (www.pdmracing.co.uk).

If you haven't done already also ask on the Yahoo BEC site, as a few chaps there have used these engines.

recommend colibriman, bought zx9r from him, not to badly priced and a nice guy. last time i spoke to him he had 2 x r1 engines complete

Tell me just out of curiosity roughly how much does an R1 plus all the ancillaries cost these days?

Anywhere between £800 - 1200, depending on condition age etc and how lucky you are ! i.e. not much more than a blade and an extra 20-25 bhp :-)

How do i get hold of colibriman or colin who has 1 R1 engine left?
