Hi guys, really need a picture of a Fireblade sump baffel plate, so I can make one.
Done the outline, can work ouit where the oil pick up goes, but need some detail on the vents and return.
tried Google, but no good, come on clever peeps!

Doh!!!
I'd looked there and all i could see in front of me was the new products, completely mised the main link to all
Cheers
and here's one I prepared earlier (tonight)
Quite pleased with it for a rush job from nothing

nice job, just make sure you use 2 gaskets not sticky stuff, hate to see all that work wasted by blocked oil strainer

Don't have the option of gaskets as I wont get any quick enough now.
But will sparingly use red hermatite type, not silicon, just to help promote a seal rather than be it!
Looks like aluminium and quite thin too. If you put this baffle plate in permanently, be sure to check it regularly. It could easily fracture and
break up, which wouldn't be good for your engine If it's stainless steel, ignore what I've just said.

Yes it's thin ali.
thanks for the advice, will keep an eye on it.
