My mate was round, and with sva on Monday I thought I'd take him for a cheeky blast up and down the road ... Private one honest!

man it's fast! Took it up to 9000rpm for the last bit and whilst i'd been impressed up till then it really gave a sensation of accelerating far faster than my eyes could keep up with. Same thing happened first time I got on a big capasity bike.

Really hope I pass on Monday, as I really enjoyed it.

Had a problem with it grinding out on speed bumps on the passenger side, he's a big lad, but I think I need to sort the bolts on the bottom of the car, cut them back as they are quite long. Have to check when it's light that nothing else got scraped!

Did the exact same thing myself the day before my retest.

Yeah, wozsher put a whole new loom in for me, works great! Self centres nicely too now thanks to a set f his wishbones, while he had it he set up the front end for me too- it's 100% better than it was.

The carbs being balanced has made it pull a lot better, thanks mate.

What time is your re-test on Monday & are you driving it there?

Gonna trailer it, not risking driving as only got a month till my sva runs out and I can't afford a reverse and iva! It's a 9.30 retest. Thanks guys.
