Went and bought some standard pilot jets, mains and needles and had it looked at today.

CO is now less than 1% and HC's are 800 ppm! WOOHOO!

SVA on monday so once I have fitted the speedo healer which arrived yesterday I'm sorted!

Can;t beleive I am going to pass my SVA at last! *GULP!*

Although it's within the HC pass limit, 800ppm is still high though. Worth trying to get it sorted one SVA is out of the way.

I think I might be burning a touch of oil, or maybe I need new plugs, the ones I have fitted are used ones from Lee who helped me out with an old set of his when mine started running on 3 cylinders!

I'm considering running a sausage filter and refitting the older bigger jets after SVA and getting a good power setup on a RR.

Change the old plugs and use a fresh set for the test. Mac1 did that and we got a much better pass. Plugs dont do well in short starts not getting up to heat situations. Seems the more you use them the better they work.
