I'm assembling all bits and pieces for the winter project (winter beeing just a couple months here, I have to have everything ready ).

I've got a 2003 R1 MNR that I'm thinking about turboing.
I've agot a TD04HL-16T unit and I'm thinking about which intercooler should I use.

Anyone will do - only constraint being available space?
I've seen a few cheap ones going on eBay like this '95 325 TD intercooler, but also some quite expensive ones...

Another thing... intake manifold... how many liters should it have (is there a minimum)? Any special care for its construction?

Renault 21 intercoolers (2 per car inline) ment to cope with 280 hp, one is longish and thin, other is same as an r5 turbo, input output on same side, fairly compact.
