Does any one know how much lower the 04 onwards R1 engine is compared to the previous carb/injection R1 engine also the front to back dimensions would be good aswell

Something like this if there is one for the different versions of the R1 engine would be useful

The later injection R1's are taller due to the angle of the throttle bodies. Applies to the '06 and I think the 04+05.

Having looked at that cbr site... it's the overall height , inc the throttle bodies, on the later engines that makes them higher.
