Wow, put in a speculative bid on a no reserve auction for a good complete '99 Busa 25K engine with all ancilliaries and woke up this morning to find I own it! For £1120! They were going for £2500 last year! And usually go for at least £1500 even now! Must have been the combination of no reserve and auction ending on Mothers Day. I was convinced I would get outbid at the last minute so didn't even bother monitoring the auction! This morning I saw all the emails to say I'd won. So now I've got a spare for when I blow up the engine! Or to tune while I still use the car!
