Progress at Long Last
IainL - 18/7/10 at 09:39 AM

At long last some real progress.

Managed to get a hand to drop the engine in, also got the rear bulk head fixed in place, now to fix the fuel line in the tunnel and fix the tunnel sides in place and if I ahve time may look at the gear linkage.

Must saying having the internal panels powder coated looks good, but now I have to paint each rivet!

The only down side to yesterdays progress was as per my post last night regarding the drive shafts not rotating after tightening the drive shaft nuts!

Here's a couple of photos:

Cheers,
Iain

When I was looking, you couldn't get watertight blind rivets in black. Has someone sourced them?

Looks great BTW!

Looking good Iain! So you'll be on the road in a couple of weeks then?

Not having a welded in full rollcage certainly looks to make things easier...
