where can one buy a length of ht lead that will keep the sva man happy. cannot locate any over hear except the copper wire type whch i am told will not pass sva as they cause interverence. david

I bought one from Halfords the other day, they do all sorts of lengths from about 15cm up to nearly a metre

Hi David,
I wound up buying 4 HT coil leads (Silicon 15kOhm hotwires) and butchering them then fitting the blade lead ends to these. They only cost 1-2 quid each and were long enough OK.

alister - that's what we did. Make sure they are the 7mm diameter one's, the 8mm are very tight!
