Polo Rad temp sender question
rf900rush - 21/9/10 at 08:59 PM

Until recently I was using a copper rad from (I think) a Suzuki swift with a RF900 fan switch in the top hose.

Now I have a polo rad for my ZX12R, what is setup for the Fan temp. sender ?

I am using the original polo temp switch which works at these temps, maybe of use mate.

Cheers

Rich

I'm also using a ZX12R. Looking at the electric drawings I think it should be possible to use the original loom to connect to temp sender and fan.

Thanks.

Going by the diagram does the polo have a 2 speed fan.

Some have single speed fans and some have twin speed. You can get the switch/sensor in several temp ranges.

I just bought a std temp sender with the right thread for £12 odd.

not got around to fitting it yet but seemed simplest way to me.
