no point in looking around to find a cheaper one. They are just expensive!

Have you considered using the standard Hayabusa airbox. It works very well and is cheaper than buying any alternative. See my photo archive if you want an idea of how it fitted.

does the original air box have a filter built in then? if not would that be risky with no filter?
