Wich screw is for bottom (below) 4000 rpm my car is defo not as it should be it almost sounds like is missing !!! Maybe to lean ?

AFAIK there is no 'screw' for adjusting as you describe - just the idle mixture adjustment

This might give you an idea of how the jets cover the throttle opening

Pilot jet & screw- 0-25%
Needle - 20%-75%
Main Jet - 70%-100%

Have you checked the AFR on a dyno yet?

No not checked afr yet only got it on the road yesterday lol
Going to ring daytuner and get it booked in asap just wonderd if there was a way I could get it a little better for now ?

A lot will depend on the air filter. If you are running without an airbox then they tend to run quite lean so maybe this is your problem. Either way I would try and resist the temptation to use it too much until you get it tuned properly - anything at this stage is just guesswork and could end up very expensive
