Having never run a front mount oil cooler before, i'm finding all the options a bit confusing!

could you go over the bits i've listed are they all ok with size and so on

sandwich plate would be thermostatic

this one with 1/2 bsp and a M20 1.5 extension bolt



so unions
thinking these as they are push fit


x2 for the oil cooler end

and 2 x for the sandwich plate end


with this hose
BLUE AEROQUIP PUSH ON HOSE -8 (1/2)


have i missed anything apart from the oil cooler i guess i'd just need a 13row with 1/2 male fittings?
this is for a ZZR14

The only problem I can see , is with using those fittings at the sandwich plate would mean you cant remove the hoses at the engine end when pulling the motor out ...............
I use similar fittings to your first picture for both ends , then I can easily dis-connect the hose either end (just need to add a couple of 1/2 BSP adapters)

So claire you mean 2 of these at the sandwich plate end with a male/female bsp fitting for the sandwich plate
