right going to change the oil on the m k sunday it running the 919 blade are there any do and dont or is it a case off old out new in
Warm it up, take out the filler plug, remove the drain plug with suitable container under it, when nearly drained, crack open the oil filter, leave it
for a few mins then unscrew fully.
Have a cuppa tea.
Clean drain plug and put new copper washer on, clean mating face for oil filter, screw on new filter, put funnel in filling hole, fill with 3.8 liters
of semi synthetic oil, this is a slight overfill but perfect in my experience. Clean and replace filler cap.
Check you have done all of the above.
Start engine, whils watching for oil pressure after a couple of seconds.
Have another cuppa!
Go for a drive! Don't forgett a quick p*ss before you go after all that tea you've drunk!

just to add one point, a smear of oil on the oil filter sealing ring, just make sure the light goes out and stays out.

Allways pre fill the filter.
