just tought i put up a pic of my new rad i got from alloy racing fabrications... I wanted the oil cooler at the front of the car and was wondering
what way to do it so spoke to james and he said to mount the oil cooler and he would make a mount for it in front of the rad ....well impressed with

Don't do it, it will weaken it. He's just jealous.
Just make sure you mount the oil cooler with the connections at the top - in your picture above they are at the bottom. If you use it like this you
will find it almost impossible to bleed the air out of it and it will play havoc with the oil pressure in your engine.

I think you are wrong. It may be pressurised but air can easily become trapped at the top of the cooler, causing fluctuations in the oil pressure. Its
the same for your pressurised water system - get an airlock and you cooling doesn't work properly.
Just my opinion based on experience.

yeah but mounting it the other way round with the fitting on top where does the air go???? its completely sealed
progers is right I'm afraid also from experience, thats why mine is like this.
