I've just spent some time pulling together the information I've found over the years on wiring the R1 Injection motors.

I've stripped out all un-necessary circuits as most won't use these.

The info was not all from me, I've copied, pasted and modded some text I found previously to save me re-typing it.

I've updated the yamaha wiring diagram and put some notes on too.

The one I have done is a 2003 5PW, but the same mods/simplifications work in general for all the 02-09 motors (5PW, 5VY, 4C8) though the ecu connectors are different and newer models have more connections such as secondary throttle butterflies and variable inlets.

The bypass for the lean switch, start inhibitor relay etc are all pretty much the same.

Hopefully this will help some people out.
