got the oil feed sorted now ,what have you guys done with the return pipe? was thinking of a modified filler cap

Should it return into the sump above the normal oil level?

It needs to drain by gravity, a modified filler is I suspect high, so send it straight to the sump.

Back to the sump, via a decent diameter pipe to ensure a good flow round the turbo, remember the oil cools it as well as lubricates.

Use the original size from the turbo and extend to just above the oil level in the sump.

As above, the oil drain wants to be as vertical as possible and into the sump. Make sure the core is clocked so the drain's at the bottom too (assuming it's being mounted to a different manifold to the original).

The piston rings on the shaft are gas seals, not oil seals. If you don't have a good drain, expect a smoky turbo.

Forgot to say it got to have some sort of high temp flexi in it.
