Big Yamaha connector blocks - how to disconnect

I started pulling my 07 R1 motor out of the frame this evening. There's a couple of electrical connector blocks I'm struggling with. They have rubberised 'buttons' on the side but I can't get them to pull apart. Any tips?

Got a picture?

Some have clampers as I like to call them.. you have to pull a tab out and that separates the two connections..
