R1 exhaust can any good?

been given a R1 standard can with a nice 90* stainless bend to go on as a tail pipe is it anygood or are they restrictive? i think its off a 2002/2003 model

IMO a good balance of quietness *(or loudness) with not much of a performance hit

I have one for quieter trackdays. Doesn't sound as nice as my Westfield exhaust, but not much of a performance hit and much quieter.
