Seems to work fine with the ignition on.
As soon as I start the engine it does this?? After 4krpm it'll switch off completely. It used acumens own R1 loom.

Any idea's, the instruments are fine?
Is it the flashing thats the problem? Unsure as LED do sometimes flash when videoed.
Looks power supply related to me. Get a multimeter across the battery, check the voltage is steady and alturnator is regulating properly. also check
your earth is good.
Unfortunatly I have never fitted one of these. Does the 'R1 loom' supply the all info needed or are there any spurs you need to connect?
The problem is, that it won't go into 'learn mode' or just goes off completely.
The r1 loom given just plugs into the back of the instrument cluster and takes all its feeds off there so I cannot play with them, I'm guessing I
have a supply problem somewhere, it's just odd how everything else works!

Yes everything.
Just tested the alternator and the rectifier. It seems the rectifier is shot. As the bike is only getting 13.1 volts at 5000 rpm (no load).
