I'm looking at getting an adjustable fpr for my hayabusa indy as after reading a few threads on here have realised they are quite useful for
getting the emissions correct when it comes to IVA.
Now, I'm quite a way off IVA but as i'm going through the fuel system now may as well put one in.
My question is which one do people fit to their bec?? Ive used the sytec ones with a gauge in the past on my modified cars and found these to work
well, is there any reason why this would not be suitable for a bike engine?? I cant imagine there would be??
Cheers Ben
An FSE AIR004 will work and you can screw a gauge into the spare fuel inlet port on the side. This is how i plumbed mine in as the hayabusa only has
a feed to the rail and no return. The regulator and gauge are mounted just above the diff so you only need a very short return insteadof all the way
back from the engine bay.

Thanks for the advice on the regulator.
However, shouldn't the fpr be mounted in line rather 't'eed off (as shown in your pic) as its not going to regulate the fuel pressure
that way?
Also my hayabusa does have a return from the fuel rail. Are running some sort of different setup??
Cheers Ben

Mine is a standard in-tank pump and fuel rail from a 2002 bike. Is yours an early one with an external pump? It works perfectly with the fpr set up like this.
I am unsure of the year, but yes it has an external pump
