Whats required to re connect the stock R1 clocks? I'm currently using a koso dash, but all the talk about diagnostics modes at the like sounds like a good idea, but not sure how much of a marathon wiring seshion would be involved
The dash connects via 2 plugs. If they're still there then it'd just connect. If the the wires have been cut or re-routed to the Koso dash,
it'd be a case of splicing new wires into the ones going to the Koso. Then you could plug in the Yamaha dash as needed, either using the original
plugs or substitute ones.
Do you have the service manual and wiring diagram?
