Would anyone on here know the dimensions of a 07-08 R1 exhaust manifold (primary & secondary pipe – lengths and diameters)?
I’ve searched the web and drawn a blank, just wondered if someone on here might have them.
If not I’ll just have to hit ebay and see if I can pick one to have a measure.
Cheers
Rich.
If no-one comes up trump then why not go to a local 2nd hand bike dealer and measure?
They will be quiet at this time of year and are normally friendly folk.
When I next get out to the workshop (snow!) I'll have a look - I've got one there I think still, albeit its damaged.
Blimey, super fast replys!!

If not, post the question here : http://www.r1-forum.com/
If you can't post let me know and I'll do it for you.
Cheers
From what has happened to these engines racing, it seems that you need larger bore than standard to ensure the engine doesn't destroy itself

Speak to andy grant, his engine was reliable after he had a Tony law system built, I'd say Tony is the man to build you what you need
I know its a long way but I am well happy with the Tony law system I have, good prices too

If Tony if local he's your man. Only thing is he only works in mild steel, doesn't make stainless. I'll ask the guy from rgb what the dims are
Andy's manifold is 40mm outside dia, so think its 38mm internal as mild steel
Thanks for the replies.
