Hey folks
I'm doing Bedford on Monday and plan to bring 2 20l jerry cans. The spouts they come with are rubbish. Is ther a better way of getting the fuel
from the can to the tank?
Flexible funnel? Halfords sell them for £5-£10
Just buy a cheap plastic funnel with a flexible pipe. I got mine in a the Pound Shop.

If you can get it higher that the tank then, a jiggle pipe

if not
Jerry can pump
I must admit I used an old "Su" type pump off the battery for a while, just because it was lying around.
You can get different nozzles. There are at least the basic metal one without a breather; a metal one with a breather; a metal one with a plastic end; and a metal one with a spiral wound flexible spout. None are good, but the flexible one, although slow, doesn't seem to cause any other problems.
Get a plastic spout from a 5 litre plastic petrol can. Cut the screw end off and push it on to the metal jerry can spout, much easier to pour now.
Cheers guys.....i think for the price of the jiggle tube i'll give that a try
Can anyone come to watch?
Try this, works great
no gurgling & fast fill, quicker than a pump
but you do have to lift it.
