Propshaft doughnut and speed.

Does anyone know if there is a direct bolt on doughnut to go between the Quaife reverse box and propshaft or do I have to get a custom made item?
Also does anyone know what the 900RRW output shaft speed is in 6th @ 11,000rpm?

RPM/speed is worked backwards from the wheels/diff, it will be spinning between 6000 - 7000 rpm typically.
