Anyone knows more about this product? Is it a solid option to a dry sump?

Have a look at Rilltech racing. Their sump system is good for 3g according to their info. http://www.rilltechracing.com/products/
The sump looks great but where does all the oil go? You would not want to over fill into the engine too much
Not to diss the product with no personal experience but IMHO "little or no drop in oil pressure during takeoffs" sounds a world apart from "maintains full oil pressure during sustained high G applications" ?

That reads like its intended for drag racing and not cornering to me.
Personally I wouldn't recommend swinging pick ups either, if they could turn 360* then yes maybe but they don't and could under some
circumstances be held by cornering forces against the swing stop rather than swinging towards the oil, again these where principally designed for drag
racing, accelerate in a straight line swing back, brake swing forward.

You have to be careful about the orientation of the engine. Swinging pickups are fine if the engine is mounted in the same way as a motorcycle. However when you turn the engine sideways, the swinging pickup is no longer facing north/south and here lies the problem. Dry sumping an engine does not matter which way the engine faces as it will always guarantee oil feed to the pump. It would be worthwhile contacting Rilltech and asking about their sump system and if they have experience of engine mounted sideways.
my engine is east west like a bike.
having said that ab told me they have know problems with this kit in north south instalation.
he said its a lot better than some dry sumps on the market.his statement was some just dont work

Sbd system is very good. Ran one on the radical with supersoft sprint tyres and had no issues with oil pressure at all! Quality kit
think it was the westfield one he was refering to.
