I've been tying to fnd a bike disc that fits my criteria, and without knowing the bike it comes off, it's nigh on impossible to find a decent catalogue of dimensions.

I've tried ebc, without much success.

Anyone know if such a catalogue exists, and where?

I think either the EBC or Brembo website have details of all their brake discs, along with measurements. But I also think you have to click on each one individually to get the details, rather than seeing it in a table.

Edit: OK, maybe not, both websites now have 'configurators'... they're virtually impossible to use even if you know exactly what you're after!!!

Maybe a bike dealer might have a paper copy of a catalogue?

But I'm still no closer to finding what I want. I'm after a disc about 250mm diam and at least 6mm thick. I didn't realise that bike discs were so thin! Some as little as 3mm. There's a few at the diam, but 4mm thick is pushing things on a car, regardless of how light it may be.

there are a couple of thicker discs listed.

FMD0203 HONDA SILVER WING
240 diameter, 6mm thick

Google mintex brake book and go to the expert or advanced search..very comprehensive search engine.

Expect be looking at old school bikes solid discs /pre floating for example from memory rd250s were around 6mm thick but 260mm ish

Thanks guys. The FF's I used to run used 6mm discs and were replaced every meeting, and sometimes every race. For sprints and hillclimbs the 6m discs may survive a season, given total running time.

As mentioned, older bike have thicker discs

These are from big 80s kawasakis, 9 mm thick

I made adaptors to bolt them to audi hubs
