Hi guy what oil use using in the r1 2007 and had no problems?

I used Halfords synthetic bike oil in the 8 years I had my R1, changed regularly but the bike got thrashed every outing, and never had any engine clutch or gearbox problems.

I use Motul 300v 5/40 in my5vy. Full double ester synthetic but it's not cheap. I have it from a reliable source that most of the BSB and WSB teams use it (despite sponsorship deals)
I've used Silcolene comp4 previously and only had minor issues (oil frothing and oil level light coming on at high revs) until I swapped for a tuned motor. The engine builder said "Yes, thats good oil... but I wouldn't use it".
