I've just been working on the car and noticed I've somehow broken a plastic t piece on the carbs.
the engine isn't fully plumbed in yet, so I'm not entirely sure what all the ports/pipes do.
Can anyone tell me if this is important and what it does?!
I'm guessing fuel? And that part probably isn't replaceable.

Kawasaki dealer might be able to tell you what it is and indeed supply a new part. A new part may well be part of a kit of parts though from a main dealer.
what diameter is it, maybe make a T piece from copper clutch pipe ?
That's not a fuel connection, I'm sure that's a connection to the coolant system which may not be required.
Part is available, I think the part number is 92005C see

So do BEC's generally not have the coolant connected to the carbs? - I guess they only come out in the warmer weather.
