Hi guys,
I'm after a bit of technical advice, I've got a 5pw engine in a car, it's ran fine for a while and has just started hesitating at higher revs, mainly around 7.5k, it's got torque lower revs but just seems flat higher and pretty much won't go over 7.5k.
I've tried a spare module on it, played with the power commander and looked for air leaks but no joy, my next step is to sync the throttle bodies,
Unless anyone can come up with any ideas?
Also has anyone got a guide to sync them?

What's the flow like through your exhaust.
Also worth checking your fuel pump.

Exhaust is very clear, fuel pump is a possibility, might have to see if I can check the fuel pressure some how.

I'd suggest fuel as well. Pump or gilter. Check flow rate as well as pressure.

Other things could be plugs. Not that familiar with 5pw but I'd be checking the secondary throttle operation; vacuum leak maybe?
