Power Commander and oxygen sensor

I now have my exhaust manifold fitted.
When I came to fit the o2 sensor I realised that it is too small for the thread hole in the link pipe.
Is there an adaptor for the zx10r one that I already have or do I have to purchase a new car type and splice in.
Also because I'm using a Power Commander I thought I could cancel out the sensors but I can't seem to find how. And will the sensor need a spacer fitting.

That would block the hole but what do I do with the o2 sensor and lack of readings for the ECU.

Power Commander is just a piggy back on the OE ECU, it can't "cancel sensors", but why would you want to?

The point of the PC is that you can control the fuelling so that it will pass a BETS test - the most difficult area to get right is lambda & you can increase or decrease fuelling at very low throttle openings (to get 3000 rpm as tested you're probably opening the throttle about 5% as the engine has no load

Why not just find out what the thread is on the Kawasaki O2 sensor & weld in an appropriate nut to the manifold, a car type sensor is just extra complication & expense surely?

Once in use most people would run the standard map unless you're going to get it rolling road tuned to allow for inlet & exhaust changes from standard

I have downloaded a map that elimates the o2 sensors so I could just use the bung.

How certain are you of that, I thought the only way you can completely eliminate the O2 sensor was either with another bit of hardware kit from Power Commander or by flashing the ECU?

The map was downloaded from the Dynojet site, so should be reliable.
The eliminator kit they supply is just a blank for the exhaust and a blank to cover the electric plug.
I have found a car o2 sensor, so I can use that if necessary.

So are you now just after a blank to screw in ?

Could probably find one for you. Think a pinto spark plug fits as well
