what are you lot using to reverse the car I don't want pay much ££ for a westfield box anyone using an electric motor?
The missus - its free
i'll tell her that and see if I can keep my soft dangly bits attached to my body
Seriously though, if you really feel you must have one then you can go electric, Stuart Taylor and Kit Car workshop amongst others sell an electric
kit I think, or have a look on Ed's Website, he did his own using a Subaru starter motor
and a custom made ring-gear.

Generic link to Ed's site so you can see the other pics of the reverse motor etc www.westicles.net - under Orange Car - Build
cheers mate only got your post this morning, the car is obviously easier to move than I have been thinking, you obviously don't have a reverse
Nope, lots of people don't bother at all because they are so light, you just need to bear it in mind before you swing into a narrow steeply
sloped parking bay that you can't drive out of!
Even up a small incline though, you can push it on your own, and with the engine out as mine is at the moment, you can even lift an end and shuffle it
around the garage
