Hi, has anyone idea's??

my Honda clutch doesn't work properly.
i have tried a car (2) servo master cilinders
but it doesn't do the trick.

I also tried a 49,99cc brake cilinder but didn't work out.

Today i took off all the parts seems that my slave cilinder moves +/- 10mm max.

has anyone idea how much movement is needed for a honda clutch?? (hydro)

i used a wrench (long piece of metal wich u use to put big force on something)

to move the axle and it did move the basket but i wasn't able to rotate axle in gear...seams the clutch plates stick???

any one ideas??

Are the plates damaged/twisted?

This may seem a bit odd but why not use the original honda Master cylinder ? suitably mounted with a push rod from your clutch pedal . look at how much travel is needed and work out your pedal ratio to suit .
best wishes

Just chec the cultch first then if needed, replace springs and plates, if not, new cylinder.

Checking costs nowt!
