Hi guys on your chassis how have you mounted these. STM told me to rivnut them but where? At present i`m thinking of the front upper cross member and on the offside diagonal rail near the diff mount.Any ideas

Mine is on the x-member between the two rear lower front suspension pickup points (if that makes sense), and my one for the rear brakes is on the live axle itself so you only need to run one braided hose to the axle, but I assume yours is an IRS so can't really suggest a suitable location. The thing is, you don't really need to fix them to the chassis at all, if you put a couple of brake pipe clips either side to hold the pipes, then the union wont go anywhere, don't take it as gospel that this is OK for SVA tho.

One thing I would say generally is try to keep the whole system lower than the height of the calipers (i.e not along the top rails), so that you dont get too many high points in the system that can make it harder to bleed. Also mount the brake light switch pointing downward so that it doesnt hold air in it.
