1998 clocks £11.52 so far - 6 days to go
Cheers anywhere upto £150 then by the looks of it.
I paid £100 plus £10 for the head loom for mine.
Note that the 98/99 and the 02 onwards are not compatible with a 00/01 engine. Unless you are an electro whizz kid.
Also if a euro import you will need to send them away to get converted to mph which isnt cheap at c£80.
Cheers
Jim
Thanks Jim,
Usefull information.
Would US spec bikes have the same clocks as UK spec year for year etc?
I reckon ~£100 is about the going rate, myself and Paul Rogers bought a complete 2002 ancilliaries package off Ebay for about £230, but that included loom, throttle bodies, fuel pump, airbox, ECU, regulator etc as well as the clocks.
The american ones are different in that the temp gauge is in DegF, but on one of the R1 forums I found a post that described some internal jumper
configurations to change this to DegC. Actually, I think it also mentioned the jumper positions to convert from KMH to MPH.
I can't remember the address off hand, but I have it at home. I'll try to have a look tonight....
As Jim says, if you have an '00/'01 motor, you need clocks from those years if you're no cleverererer than me!
