Hi,
If I use the diagram from Snoopy's photo archive and the blade radiator as per my pic, what do I need to do with the outlet just below the cap as there are two there, one just above the other???

Hi Pat

The lower, slightly larger one should be a breather back into your expansion tank, the top one will only breath any water if the rad cap lifts under pressure (ie when on verge of overheating etc), so just leave that one as is, or if you dont want the occasional dribbles, just route it down and let it breath under the car.
