probably been posted before, but can anyone tell me a good starting point for suspension settings, track day at Elvington tomorrow so could do with an idea!!

R1 engine MK Indy
protech shockers all round

tyre pressure @ 18 psi all round (please advise if this is o.k. seems o.k. for road use)
