a. clutch slave cylinder same model showed on pic.
b. sprocket adapter to fit '94 CBR1000 shaft with Sierra flange.

Any of the UK based kit manufacturers should be able to sort the prop adaptor.
As for the clutch cylinder, is that the standard CBR1000 unit?
Clutch slave looks like an ali copy of a Mini part. Or it's silver coloured zinc passivated, which is more likely. Also found on early Metros
with hydraulic clutch. The older Mini slaves are cheaper than the later Verto type. Sherpas also had something similar.

Lyndsey at Attitude has built many a 7-type. Knows his sh*t!
These are Mini ones Verto and pre-verto .It looks like one of them with a bracket adaptor to fit it. If the one already on there is not too deep the dish on the prop adaptor may clear it, I'd be tempted to order one and try it for size as you'll need one eventually anyway.
