Anyone know where I can get one of these? (simple pressure switch in the brake line).
I have been trying to get hold of ST today to see where they get theirs (and mine) but they seemed to be on answerphone all day.
Are they likely to be a part from a specific car or just a generic?
Also, anyone know of a good loom and/or wiring guide for a fireblade car?
I think I may rewire my whole car because it is a bit of a mess at the moment but, having read a few things about bypassing the bike stand cut out etc
(and not being particularly adept with electrics), I would like something of an idiots guide!!
Any help much appreciated.
Someone posted in the electrics section a while back that the VW Golf or Polo uses one that is metric thread. Should be available at a motor factors.
You could use a T piece to plumb one in.
yours, Pete.
We got ours from Partco. 10mm thread I think. AndyD will no doubt be able to furnish you with a part number when he sees this. And yes there was a posting on the electrical section about this around a month or so ago.
Just found topic...

Cheers guys.
T-piece is in situ so I'll just have it off and measure up when I bleed the brakes.
Wasn't sure that this was a method used on modern cars but now I know and, knowing ST, I reckon it will be a widely available part.
My local Partco are pretty helpful so I reckon they'll sort me out.
