BEC Exhaust Clamp

Hi can anyone tell me where to get a exhaust clamp as per the attached picture with a id of 60mm.

They looks exactly like the ones i have, the company name is stamped on them, ill have a look next time im in the garage.

My local bike shop sells Micalor clamps. The hoop is stainless but the bolts are not. I've snapped 2 so far by taking them off after they've rusted solid. The bolts snap before the rust breaks. I tried greasing the new one but of course the grease just burns off.
