Hi all,
I'm trying to find a fule sender to fit in my MK petrol tank. I'm putting in a 2000 R1 engine with Koso Gauges, it says i need a 510 Ohm
sender unit but i can't find one anywhere....any idea's.
Cheers

think most senders are 510 ohm.
none of them really state what ohm they are
only one on ebay that does says 220 ish i think

I have used a Honda Blackbird with the Koso. It is reading (although needs some adjustments made). Any motorbike (not tiny scooter) should provide you with a good small gauge.
Yeah I've read that somewhere but wouldn't a bike sender not reach the bottom of the tank?
I used a sierra one from lolocost but it does require some adjustment

according to spec I have avaliable R1 fuel sender is 899.7 to 900.3 K ohms at 25deg C
Really struggling now.
Can't find on anywhere which states the correct ohm. If i use a bike sender, surely it won't reach the bottom of the tank.
Is there anywhere which sells universial ones?
Cheers
Adam

As far as I know, they are either 100ohm or 510 ohmI have Koso gauges and I am using a CBR1100 Super Blackbird sender. It needed some adjustment (careful bending) but now works wonderfully (on 100ohm).
